  • Collaboration - working with your attorney, your spouse and your spouse's attorney to resolve the issues out of court
  • Mediation - neither party is represented by an attorney. The mediator, a licensed attorney, helps the spouses to settle all issues and prepares the documents for divorce.
  • Uncontested - where both you and your spouse agree to amicably work through the issues and an attorney prepares the necessary documents for the divorce.
